Aspect Surveyors and Property Consultants LLP was formed in 2011. The company was setup with the objective of providing a professional surveying and property development services for the domestic and commercial sectors.

The company was formed by father and son (Steve and Daniel, respectively). Both have many years experience as Building Surveyors and Architectural Technicians having worked for various consultancy practices throughout the UK dealing with domestic, private and public sector projects.

Our partners have a diverse knowledge of the industry ranging from dealing with disabled adaptation works in social housing schemes through to multimillion pound new-build schemes. Our knowledge of the construction industry is constantly updated through Continuing Professional Development.

Our partners are members of a combination of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Association for Project Safety (APS).

We are able to offer a solution that gives the client complete control our the service they receive. All of our services can be tailored to suit your individual requirements and budget.

Following an initial consultation to get to understand your requirements, we provide a fee proposal in plain English which sets out the services and applicable fee. We are passionate about being clear and transparent with our clients. We take pride in conveying our technical knowledge in a friendly and helpful way to clients.

Where a project dictates, can recommend the other consultants / specialists to make up the professional team to suit any project. We collaborate with other consultants on a regular basis including Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Geotechnical Consultants and other specialists.
